Tim enjoys a strong passion for adventurous outdoor pursuits and continues to be an active enthusiast of mountain trekking, mountain biking, sailing, and kayaking; he's ambitious at whatever is sets his mind to and this has lead him to understand key elements in personal psychology that makes the difference between trying to achieve...and actually achieving.
Ultimately, he combines his passion for the outdoors and his breadth of experience from the public and private sectors with his receptiveness to NLP philosophy to do whatever it takes to encourage his coaching clients and students to succeed the changes they aspire to achieve.
Tim’s Training Credentials
His passion for his specialist subject, Neuro Linguistic Programming, has focused his personal & professional development and studies for almost 10 years. He is now a Certified Trainer of NLP, Time Line Therapy™ & NLP Coaching Skills. Other credentials include ICF Certifed Coach, Practitioner of Extended Disc Profiling, Tim is currently embarking upon a Masters Degree in Applied Coaching and a 5 year development programme leading him to be a Master Trainer of NLP.
Tim has run his own business as an Achievement Coach and Adventure Therapist in the UK and during the last 10 years he has also lectured in business studies, ICT and leisure studies in the further education sector.
He delivers NLP and Coaching Skills trainings worldwide including the Middle East, USA & Nepal. Tim encourages in his clients a positive attitude towards learning and possibilities for discovering their own potential. PioneeringFutures trainings explore new ways to communicate in order to achieve positive win / win outcomes as well as learning personal qualities as a leader and coach. His NLP Trainings enable you to learn about your own patterns of behaviour, techniques for changing them in yourself [and others] and ultimately the ‘how’ of creating the success you want.
