Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to all training courses, workshops and activities booked with PioneeringFutures. Sarah Anthony Coaching process all payments on behalf of PioneeringFutures and all terms and conditions set out here apply in all cases. 

Booking Price 

All prices are those stated on the associated course information page and include certification fees.

Deposit

The full stated deposit must be paid in full and received as cleared funds to the nominated bank account before any pre-study materials are released and provided. If such payment is not received before the 3rd week PRIOR to the start of the course, the course booking will be cancelled.

Full Payment

Payment in full must be received by us as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the training course booked. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of delegate access to the chosen course booked.

Cancelation

If, for any reason you may find yourself having to cancel an agreed booking, this must be advised to us in writing and the cancelation fees will apply below:

Cancelation means TOTAL withdrawal from chosen course and any future courses.

• 2 weeks or less before course starts - 100%
• Upto 4 weeks before course starts - 75%
• Upto 6 weeks before course starts - 50%

Alternatively a substitute delegate can be provided.

The booking is only transferable to a future date or course on receipt of full immediate payment.

Returns Policy

Study Pack: If any product is purchased as part of the pre-study materials found to be faulty, you can return it within 28 days for replacement, free of charge.

Other products: If any other product purchased from our product range is found to be faulty, then you can return it within 28 days (providing its in its original condition) for a replacement, free of charge.

Refunds are refused in all cases.
